Dispatch & Processing Times

We aim to get your pup’s treats out the door as quickly as possible!

  • Same-Day Dispatch for all orders placed before 12pm (AEST).

  • Orders placed after midday are dispatched the next business day.
    You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Methods

We partner with Aramex Australia and Australia Post to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

  • Aramex Australia is used for most metro and regional deliveries.

  • Australia Post handles deliveries to PO Boxes and remote addresses.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $75.

  • Flat Rate $8 shipping for QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC.

  • Flat Rate $10 shipping for SA, WA, NT & TAS.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within:

  • 2–6 business days for QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC

  • 4–8 business days for SA, WA, NT, TAS

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include standard parcel tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
If you can’t find your tracking email, check your spam folder — or get in touch with us and we’ll resend it.

Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time, once it’s handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at support@cooeek9.com.au, and we’ll assist in tracking or lodging a missing parcel inquiry with the courier.

PO Boxes & Rural Addresses

We’re happy to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers — these orders are sent via Australia Post.
For rural addresses, please allow a few extra days for delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, Cooee K9 ships within Australia only.
